About Us
Time 4 Bags was started in 2004, I began doing Purse Parties, then in Nov 2005, We set up a shop in one room of the Heritage Art Gallery. We have expanded and trimmed back as the enconomy allows us. I have the wonderful help of Carolana Magsamen, who is responsible for all of our Beautiful Display's.
